Power quality resonance and common mode voltage (cmv) problems are unique, and we frequently encounter fresh problems with new challenges and difficulties from industries for which you can rely on Encon tuned harmonic filter and it does.
Voltage fluctuations/sags tripping, equipment failures, and Software corruptions: Solves equipment tripping, its consequential damages, and failures, due to momentary voltage fluctuations/ sags, which happen due to power system resonance that originates either from the external grid/utility or the internal power system. Heavy and steep voltage fluctuations/ sags in association with its resulting earth fault, could even trip at the UPS output supplied equipment like data center servers, process instruments and supervisory control systems. Encon tuned harmonic filters, working as like an electrical fly wheel with appropriate storage energy, locks-on to those momentary voltage fluctuations/ sags, and prevents sensitive and continuous process equipment and solar photovoltaic power modules from tripping due to the tripping of its associated drives and/or controls like vfd/dc drives, solar inverters, HMI etc. If the software with the PLC/SCADA/IPC gets corrupted after a momentary voltage fluctuations/sags, the system reboots or hangs. Sometimes it works after a simple reset/reboot. But at times the software is required to be reloaded and/or reconfigured.
Sudden Spurt in Noise & Vibrations in Bus Bars and Power Transformers, and Large Motor Failures: Solves incidents of sudden spurt in bus bar noise & vibrations due to power quality resonance. The bus bars overheat visibly red hot, vibrate audibly loud loosening its nuts & bolts and wear-out the affected bus bar plates. Prevents sudden flash over involving bus bars and/or with its earthing path due to power quality resonance and cmv issues. It causes pitting alone the bus bars, could flash/blast connected switchgears, and bus bar edges could blast out flames, causing bullet like holes at panel covers. Avoids sudden spurt in transformer noise & vibrations due to PQ resonance.
